1. Who We Are

HealtyFoood (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website healtyfoood.com, a healthy recipe and meal planning platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

2. Data We Collect

• Analytics data — We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized usage statistics: pages visited, session duration, device type, and general location (country/region). No personally identifiable information is sent to GA4.
• Email address — If you subscribe to our newsletter via the footer form, we store your email address to send you weekly recipe digests. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Account data — If you create an account, we store your email address and any preferences you set (saved recipes, meal plan settings) via Supabase, our database provider.
• Payment data — Subscription payments are processed through Whop. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers. See Whop’s privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To improve the website and understand which content is most useful
• To send newsletter emails you opted into (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To manage your account and subscription
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies

We use cookies for analytics (GA4) and to keep you logged in to your account. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the site; disabling session cookies will require you to log in again on each visit.

7. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Newsletter subscriber emails are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for 14 months as per GA4’s default settings.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, Supabase’s row-level security, and industry-standard practices to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email to subscribers or via a banner on the website. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
