About

Hey, I'm Yassine Atmani

Welcome to HealtyFoood! I'm the founder of this site, and I started it with one simple goal: to make healthy eating easier, more enjoyable, and a lot less overwhelming.

After spending countless hours searching through recipes, nutrition articles, and meal ideas across dozens of different websites, I wanted to create one place where everything is organized, practical, and easy to explore.

What You'll Find Here

Whether you're looking for a quick breakfast, a high-protein dinner, healthy desserts, meal-prep ideas, or simple nutrition guides, you'll find content designed to help you make better food choices without overcomplicating your life.

My goal isn't to tell you what you musteat — it's to give you ideas, inspiration, and practical resources that fit real life.

How I Make the Content

HealtyFoood is a one-person project, and I want to be straightforward about how it works. I plan the topics, decide what goes on the site, and edit everything before it publishes. I also use AI tools to help draft and structure articles — I review and revise what they produce rather than publishing it untouched. The calculators use established published formulas, such as Mifflin-St Jeor for calorie needs.

I'm not a dietitian or a nutritionist, and I don't claim to be. What I can offer is clear organisation, honest numbers, and guides that don't waste your time. Where a claim needs a source, I link to one.

The calorie and macro numbers you see are estimates based on standard portion sizes and publicly available food data. They're meant as a helpful guide — your exact numbers will vary with brands, portions, and how you prepare a dish.

I'm always working to improve the recipes and guides over time. If you ever spot an error or have a suggestion, please get in touch— I'd genuinely love to hear from you.

A Quick Note

The content on HealtyFoood is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical or dietary advice, and it's not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional. Always consult a healthcare provider or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition or take medication. Individual results will vary.
